Our Categories
Freestyle Western
Combination of different types of western massage methods, self-treatment, mobilization, cupping, massage with tools, bodywork etc.) Innovation and flow will be highly weighted by the judges panel. May incorporate stretching and joint mobilization. Use of tools is permitted. May be performed on a table or mat.
Freestyle Eastern
Combination of different types of Asian massage methods (Shiatsu, Acupressure, Thai massage, cupping, massage with tools, etc ) Innovation and flow will be highly weighted by the judges panel. May incorporate stretching and joint mobilization. Use of tools is permitted. May be performed on a table or mat.
Lomi Lomi Massage
Lomi Lomi massage showcases advanced technique through fluid, full-body movements that require rhythm, presence, and precision while promoting deep relaxation and holistic balance.
Sport Massage
Sports massage showcases targeted techniques designed to support athletic performance, combining deep tissue work, mobility focus, and precision to enhance recovery, prevent injury, and improve physical function.
Students Massage
Student massage highlights emerging talent through foundational techniques, demonstrating growing skill, proper body mechanics, and a clear understanding of therapeutic touch in a supervised learning environment.
